Ingredients 1.5 cucumbers 2 cups Greek yoghurt 2 – 3 cloves of garlic 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2.5 teaspoons of cumin seeds Method 1. Grate cucumber and squeeze out all excess liquid. 2. Mince garlic and juice lemon. 3. Combine all ingredients and stir thoroughly.
