
Ingredients
- 1.5 cucumbers
- 2 cups Greek yoghurt
- 2 – 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2.5 teaspoons of cumin seeds

Method
1. Grate cucumber and squeeze out all excess liquid.
2. Mince garlic and juice lemon.
3. Combine all ingredients and stir thoroughly.
